For Aussie Chef to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address, delivery address and payment details.
Please note, if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Please contact Aussie Chef by phoning 03 9427 0475 or by emailing: sales@aussiechef.com.au.
Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and Aussie Chef is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect, Aussie Chef will not refund your payment. Should you wish to re-send the package, you will incur an additional delivery charge.
Aussie Chef cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
Prices of goods, delivery and other charges displayed on the Aussie Chef website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, images and pricing. In the interest of product development, some product features may be improved and hence vary slightly.
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to confirm a scheduled delivery date.

Shopping online at Aussie Chef is
as safe as shopping in an actual store. This site uses the latest industry
standard encryption, to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your credit
card information under our control. In the same way department stores use EFTPOS
terminals to process credit card transactions, Aussie Chef uses National
Australia Bank's secure payments system to process credit card payments via the
EFTPOS system.
Once Aussie Chef has processed a transaction against a
credit card number, we do not store the card number, even against your order.
That's why when processing refunds, we need to contact you by phone in order to
obtain your card details again.

Registered Customer
Accounts
You may register as an Aussie Chef
Customer when placing an order online. As a registered Aussie Chef Customer you
may update, edit or terminate your customer account at any time. You agree to
maintain and update the information as supplied by yourself to ensure accuracy
at all times. As a registered Aussie Chef customer, you are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your own membership account and password. You
agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your membership
account and password.
Freight
A Freight Charge of $9.90 will apply to all deliveries within Australia, where the destination is serviced by Australia Post.
For all deliveries outside Australia freight and handling charges apply in accordance with international freight rates applicable to the specific freight forwarder used to deliver goods supplied by Aussie Chef Clothing Company.
All freight and handling charges are applied to the invoice total at the time of checkout.
