2024 Queensland Chef of the Year

Congratulations to Antoin Poiter, Sous Chef at RDA - Restaurant Dan Arnold!

The Queensland Chef of the Year competition played out over two days in early August at the Food & Hospitality Queensland trade show over seven intense heats and the Grand Final.
